Why now

The deadlines are set. Be ready before yours.

Every UAE business moves onto e-invoicing in phases, and each must appoint an accredited service provider before it goes live. Mizan is already connected to jam by Vostok, so for your team going live is a setting, not a project.

How it works

From finalize to delivered, without leaving the invoice.

Finalizing numbers and locks the invoice, then submits it with your legal entity's own credentials. Each status lands on the invoice as it happens, so nobody has to go and check.

  1. 01

    Finalize

The invoice takes the next number in its series, locks, and is queued for submission.

    Ready to generate
  2. 02

    Submit

Sent securely to jam with the entity's own credentials and certificate.

    Submitted
  3. 03

    Validate and report

Checked against the UAE data dictionary and reported to the Federal Tax Authority.

    Reported to FTA
  4. 04

    Deliver

Received by your customer's provider. The timeline on the invoice shows each step.

    Delivered
  • Supplier e-invoices arrive as draft purchase invoices for someone to review.
  • A rejection shows the exact reason, with a retry once it is fixed.
  • Signed webhooks, with polling as a fallback, keep every status current.

The product

Everything between the invoice and the VAT return.

Ten modules on one set of records. Your plan decides which are switched on, and switching one on later changes nothing you have already done.

Tax invoices and credit notes

Drafts you can change freely, numbering that never skips, VAT worked out per line, and a clean PDF with your TRN and bank details.

Get paid sooner

Receipts are allocated to invoices oldest first, and aged balances show who owes what, and for how long.

VAT returns, prepared

The VAT 201 worked out from finalized documents and approved claims, in the FTA's order, ready to copy into EmaraTax.

Every entity in your group

Each legal entity keeps its own TRN, numbering and e-invoicing connection. Switch between them in one click.

Books that keep themselves

Invoices, receipts and payments post to the ledger as they are finalized. Trial balance and statements whenever you want them.

  • Expenses

Claims with receipts and approval. VAT is recovered only with a supplier TRN.

  • Inventory

Stock on hand and every movement, kept up to date by your invoices.

  • Bank reconciliation

Import a statement and match each line by amount, direction and date.

  • Reports

Aged balances, sales and purchase summaries, VAT summary and customer statements.

Trust

Built for the people who sign off.

Finance teams need to know a number will still be the same number next year. These rules are not settings; they are how Mizan works.

Your own database

Each client's data lives in a separate database, created for them when they join and never shared.

Credentials encrypted

E-invoicing keys and certificates are encrypted at rest and never shown again once saved.

Final means final

Finalized documents are locked. Corrections go through credit notes, the way an auditor expects.

Every change logged

Owners, accountants, clerks and viewers each see what they should, and every change records who and when.

Pricing

Simple plans, priced in AED.

Every plan includes onboarding, your own database and e-invoicing connection support. Add users or modules as you grow.

Questions

Before you ask.

Anything else, ask us during the demo. We would rather answer it with your own invoices on screen.

Do we need to appoint a service provider for e-invoicing?

Yes. Under the UAE model each business appoints an accredited service provider in EmaraTax. You appoint jam by Vostok for each legal entity, we connect it, and invoices flow from Mizan from then on.

Can we use it before e-invoicing applies to us?

Yes. Invoicing, receipts, payments and VAT work on their own. Switch e-invoicing on for an entity when it is appointed, and nothing else changes.

Does it file our VAT return?

It prepares it. The VAT 201 boxes are worked out from your finalized documents and approved expense claims, laid out in the FTA's order. You copy the figures into EmaraTax and record the reference here, and the return is frozen as filed.

We have more than one company. Is that extra?

One account holds all your legal entities, each with its own TRN, numbering and e-invoicing connection. Your plan sets how many users you have, not how many entities.

Where is our data kept?

In a database created only for your business, on servers in the region we deploy to. It is backed up on a schedule and before every upgrade.

Can we bring our customers and items across?

Yes. Import customers, vendors and items from Excel with a template we provide. Every list exports back to Excel too.
